Summer Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients:

3 portions
Potato 2 medium size
Cucumber 2 medium size
Yogurt 5 tablespoons
Yogurt (strained) 2 tablespoons
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic

Recipe:


Wash potatoes and boil them. Peel and lightly mash them with olive oil in a bowl. Grate the cucumbers in a separate bowl and add garlic, yogurt and strained yogurt on it. Mix the ingredients, add the mashed potatoes on it and mix well. Put it to the serving plate and serve it with cucumbers on. Bon Appetite!
