Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan

Ingredients:

3 servings
Brussels sprouts with Parmesan 300 g
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic 2 cloves
Lemon juice 1 piece
Grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons

Recipe:


Wash the sprouts thoroughly and steam for 10 minutes. Then cut the sprouts in half, add olive oil and mix. Crush the garlic in a bowl and mix with lemon juice. Add them to the sprouts and mix. Then place the baking paper in the tray and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
