500 g spinach leaves (or baby spinach) |
½ cup of strawberries, cut in half |
60 g of goat cheese |
1 green onion, chopped |
1/3 bunch of dill |
1/3 cup of raw almonds (slightly roasted on a pan or in the oven) |
For the dressing: 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1 teaspoon of pomegranate syrup or balsamic vinegar, black pepper |
Mix the spinach leaves, strawberries, green onions, finely chopped dill and almonds in the salad bowl. Grate the goat cheese on top. Mix the dressing ingredients in a small jar and pour on the salad. Bon appetit.
