Slice the zucchini and potatoes thinly, rub olive oil on both sides. Mince the garlic and sauté with olive oil, then add the minced meat. After cooking, add the grated tomatoes and cook for a while. You can also add black pepper if you would like. Add two layers of zucchini and potatoes to the bottom of the greased ceramic oven bowl, then add the minced meat sauce.
