Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients:

4 servings
Zucchini 4 medium sized
Potato 4 medium sized
Minced Meat 200 g
Tomato 3 large sized
Garlic 2 cloves
Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
Kashar cheese 100 g
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Black pepper

Recipe:


Slice the zucchini and potatoes thinly, rub olive oil on both sides. Mince the garlic and sauté with olive oil, then add the minced meat. After cooking, add the grated tomatoes and cook for a while. You can also add black pepper if you would like. Add two layers of zucchini and potatoes to the bottom of the greased ceramic oven bowl, then add the minced meat sauce. Then bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Add the kashar cheese and cook again until the cheese melts. Ready to serve, bon appetit!
