Ingredients:

8 slices - 4 portions
Watermelon 1 large size
White cheese (low fat) 120 g
Fresh thyme
Fresh mint

Recipe:


Wash the watermelon with plenty of water. Slice the watermelon into 8 equal pieces. You can add equal amounts of white cheese, fresh thyme and mint leaves on each slice and serve it. Good Appetite!
