Stuffed Tomato with Egg

Ingredients:

4 portions
Tomato 4 large size
Egg 4 medium size
White cheese (low fat) 80 g
Tomato paste 1 cup
Hot water 1/2 cups
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Black pepper

Recipe:


Wash the tomatoes and cut them from the stems in the form of caps and remove them. Remove the insides of the tomatoes with a spoon. For sauce of the stuffed tomato, cook the tomato puree with olive oil for 2 minutes. Boil the sauce on which you add hot water for 2 minutes. Add the grated cheese into the tomatoes, place them onto the oven tray and add the eggs. Then, add the spices and tomato sauce you want and cook for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bon Appetite!
