Stuffed Capia Pepper

Ingredients:

4 portions
Capia pepper 4 medium size
Minced meat 100 g
Rice 1 cup
Onion 1 medium size
Garlic 2 cloves
Tomato 1 large size
Olive oil 3 Tablespoons
Parsley 5 branches
Cumin
Red pepper powder
Pepper flakes
Black pepper
For Sauce
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Hot water 1 tea cup
Lemon 1/2 piece

Recipe:


Chop the onion finely and grate tomatoes and garlic. Sauce garlic and tomatoes with olive oil. Rinse the rice and add it to the saucepan and cook them all. As the mixture boils down, continue to cook by adding minced meat and sauce, and let it rest for a while after it is cooked. Add spice and parsley to the mixture you cooked. Cut the capia peppers in half longitudinally and remove the insides of them. Pour olive oil in and out of the peppers with a brush and put the mixture in the pepper. After mixing the sauce, olive oil, water and lemon and sprinkling them over the stuffed peppers, cook it in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bon Appetite!
