Potato Ravioli with Meat

Ingredients:

5 portions
For Potato Bowls
Potato 3 pieces
Pepper flakes
Black pepper
Parsley
For Minced Meat Base
Minced meat 250 g
Onion 1 medium size
Tomato 2 medium size
Sunflower oil 1/2 tea cup
Parsley
Black pepper
For Sauce
Yogurt 1 cup
Butter 1 tablespoon
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Fresh mint

Recipe:


Boil the potatoes and make puree. Add some of the finely chopped parsley and some of the spices to the potatoes and mix them together. Roll a piece of the puree as big as a walnut with your hand. Gently press the middle of it with your finger and shape it like a bowl and place them on the serving plates. Saute the onions with sunflower oil and cook them with minced meat, grated tomatoes and spices in an oven. Finally add the parsley and mix them. Fill the potatoes with minced meat base. Prepare sauce by cooking tomato paste, butter and mint together. Add a spoonful of yogurt over potato dish and serve with sauce on top. Bon Appetite!
