Omelet with Pepper and Mushroom

Ingredients:

2 servings
Egg 3 eggs
Red pepper 1 medium size
Yellow Pepper 1 medium size
Green pepper 1 medium size
Cultivated mushroom 1 bowl
Olive oil 2 dessertspoons
Salt

Recipe:


Saute thinly-chopped green, yellow and red peppers with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Continue sauteing by adding the mushrooms you have washed and chopped in a long and thin way, to the peppers. Wash the eggs and scramble it in a bowl with salt. Start cooking the scrambled egg with olive oil in a suitable pan. When you start to cook the eggs add the base you have prepared with pepper and mushroom to one half of the omelet. Carefully cover the other half of the omelet over the base. You can serve it after cooking it for a short time in this way.
