Mushroom Meatballs

Ingredients:

4 servings
Mushroom 150 grams
Zucchini 1 small sized
Onion 1 small sized
Olive oil 4 tablespoons
Boiled red beans 3/4 water glass
Breadcrumbs 3/4 water glass
Parsley 6 branches

Recipe:


Remove the stalks of the mushroom and chop the cubes. Grate the loaf with the thin portion of the grater and squeeze the water. Sauté by adding olive oil, garlic, onion, mushrooms and zucchini in pan, respectively. After sautéing, cool it a little. Add beans in a deep bowl with blender, add vegetables and mix. Add the breadcrumbs, parsley and spices on the blended vegetables. Make medium-sized meatballs, bake on a baking paper upon a baking tray and grease the meatballs with olive oil, with a brush. Cook front and back sides in the oven at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
