Meatballs with Leek

Ingredients:

12 pieces
Ground beef 200 grams
Leek 1 piece
Stale bread 2 slices
Garlic 1 clove
Sunflower oil 2 tablespoons
Cumin

Recipe:


Thoroughly wash the leeks and finely slice them. Crush stale bread in a blender. Knead the leek, bread, minced meat and spices in a bowl and break them into 12 pieces to give meatball’s shape. In a pan, cook with 2 tablespoons of oil in medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
