Does hot weather subdue appetite?Hot weather can make you eat less by negatively affecting your nutrition and appetite. Even if you don’t feel hungry, you should always provide your body with the energy it needs to perspire and regulate its temperature. Eating less may result in some weight loss. You just need to make sure that you have sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals. Choose nutritious foods such as fruit and vegetables; nuts rich in fatty acids such as hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds; and milk and other dairy products.
