Halloumi Stuffed Vine Leaf

Ingredients:

4 portions
Vine leaf 16 leaves
Halloumi 100 g
Dried apricots 8 pieces
Dried figs 4 pieces
Red pepper 4 pieces
Sunflower oil 1 dessertspoon

Recipe:


Keep the halloumi and vine leaf in a bowl of water. Roast the red peppers. Cut the dried apricots, dried figs and red peppers into strips and cut halloumi into 3 pieces julienne style. Open 4 vine leafs on a flat surface and wrap the leaf by placing the chopped hellim cheese, apricots, figs and roasted red pepper in it. Cook both sides in the oil you added. Bon Appetite!
