Green Pea Puree with Olive Oil

Ingredients:

4 servings
Fresh peas 500 grams
Garlic 1 clove
Fresh mint 3 branches
Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt
Black Pepper
Pepper flakes

Recipe:


Make the boiled beans puree by crushing them. Wash the mint and finely chop it. Add the spices, olive oil, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic and chopped mint to the boiled beans. Make the whole mixture puree by crushing. You can serve it by adding mint leaves on it.
