Green Bean Patty

Ingredients:

4 portions
Green beans 350 g
Egg 5 medium
Parsley 1 bunch
Whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons
Black pepper

Recipe:


Wash the beans, extract them and boil them in hot water until they get softened. As the beans are boiled; put the eggs in a bowl and add the parsley and black pepper and mix it. Rinse the beans with cold water after boiling, then finely chop them. Sprinkle the flour on top of the beans and blend. Add the egg mixture and mix. Add the mixture to the baking sheet that is on the oven tray with spoon. Cook it in a preheated 200 degree oven until it roasts. Bon Appetite!
