Green Apple Salad

Ingredients:

2 servings
Celery 2 large sized
Green Apple 1 large sized
Lemon juice 1/2 piece
Garlic 2 cloves
Yogurt (half fat) 5 tablespoons
Walnut 5 pieces

Recipe:


Peel the celery and grate. Add the lemon juice to the celery. Peel the apple and grate. Then filter the apple's juice and add the apples to the celery. Break the walnuts in any size or beat and mix with yogurt. Add the walnut and yogurt into the mixture and mix well! Bon Appetit!
