Ingredients:

12 pieces
Celery 2 medium sized
Potato 1 medium sized
Fresh onions 5-6 branches
Dill 5-6 branches
Egg 1 medium sized
Whole wheat flour 4 tablespoons
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Chili pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Recipe:


Peel the celery and potatoes, grate the water. Cut the onions and dill finely and add them to the celery and potatoes. Add the eggs, whole wheat flour and spices and mix well. Pour the mixture into the pan with some olive oil. Gently press on to patty shape. After cooking well both sides, you can serve it. Bon Appetit!
