Baked Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients:

10 servings
Fine Bulgur 2 cups
Potato 2 medium size
Pepper paste 1 tablespoon
Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
Egg 1 piece
Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt
Cumin
Black Pepper
For cooking base:
Ground meat 300 gr
Walnuts 1/2 tea cup
Onion 1 medium size
Parsley 1/2 bunch
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt
Black Pepper

Recipe:


Put bulgur in a large container and add enough hot water to pass it over and keep it closed for 10-15 minutes. Then knead this mixture by adding potatoes, tomato paste, pepper paste, salt and spices that you have boiled and grated. For the cooking base, roast the ingredients with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Then add the cubes, onion, salt and pepper that you have chopped in a cubic style. Remove it from the cooker and add finely chopped parsley. Place an oily paper on top of the oven tray and oil it with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Press the half of the bulgur mixture into the base of the tray by your hand. Add all of the cooking base with ground meat onto the tray. Then place the remaining bulgur mixture in pieces by flattening it in your hand and place it on the cooking base. Apply 1 tablespoon oil and cook for 30 minutes in a 200 degree heated oven. You can then slice and serve it.
