Asparagus Soup

Ingredients:

4 servings
Asparagus 1 bunch (about 400 gr)
Onion 1 medium size
Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoons 
Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
Milk 1 cup
Water 4 cups
Salt
Black Pepper

Recipe:


Slice the asparagus and onion that you have washed, take a pot and saute it with olive oil. After sauteing it lightly, add whole wheat flour and roast for a short time by stirring. Then add hot water and milk and cook until the asparagus is soft and blended. You can serve it after adding salt and spices.
